COPA Data Supplies...is a Full Service Supplier of a COMPLETE SELECTION OF QUALITY COMPUTER AND PRINTER PARTS, SUPPLIES & ACCESSORIES.  We offer Quality Products, Superior Local Service and LOW LOW Prices.  We back every sale with the most knowledgeable and friendly staff in the industry with a wide inventory selection.

MINIMUM ORDERS:  We require no minimum order.  However, some items may require minimum quantities or minimum dollar amount for charge sales or Free Delivery.  A $49+ minimum order is required for free delivery. 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:  FREE DELIVERY WITH $49+ MINIMUM ORDER.  Overweight or large items may incur additional shipping costs.

TERMS:  All sales are cash, check, credit card or COPACharge.  Charge terms are available with approved credit for established companies.  A minimum $25 order is required for a COPA Charge or a $5 fee applies. 

PAYMENTS:  Payments are due immediately upon RECEIPT OF INVOICE or as otherwise expressly agreed.  Accounts are subject to a 2% service charge per month on the unpaid balance.  Past due accounts are subject to a 2% per month service charge and collection costs on the unpaid balance.  We retain purchase money security interest in all merchandise purchased until such purchase is paid in full and payment is received by us.  U.S. based American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa are accepted with no additional surcharges.     Irrevocable letters of credit are required for 

PRICES SPECIFICATIONS & POLICIES:  COPA reserves the right to update prices, specifications and polices at any time without notice.  All orders are accepted at prices prevailing at the time of shipment or delivery.  Retail prices are established by suppliers and may in some cases be estimates of the retail market price.

CLAIMS, RETURNS, RMA's AND CREDIT GUIDELINES:  All claims must be requested in writing and no later than 10 days from the date of receipt or invoice date whichever is first.  All requests for proof of delivery must be received within 30 days.  All requests for returns must be requested no later than 30 days from invoice date.  RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED 30 DAYS AFTER THE INVOICE DATE and includes sales errors.  To process a credit claim or return call (813) 232-2672 Ext. 300.  All product must be returned with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by COPA.  Items returned without an RMA Number will be refused.  RMA’s are only good for 10 days from the date of issue.  Returned product must be in original packaging, accompanied with the original invoice, manuals and any included accessories or parts.  Store Credit will only be given for returned items more than 7 days past the invoice date.  

RESTOCKING CHARGES:  Returns, other than defects, are subject to a 25% restocking charge.   All RMA items are subject to inspection and acceptance by COPA prior to credit, exchange or refund. 

SPECIAL or CUSTOM ORDERS:  Product not normally stocked must be Special Ordered.  Special or Custom Orders may not be canceled once placed and may not be returned.  SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED. SALES ARE FINAL. 

DEFECTS:  Defective returns must be made with 30 days of invoice date.  All defective merchandise must be accompanied by a letter describing the defect(s).  Also, the products of the manufacturers listed below provide specific instructions.  Periodically vendors revise the requirements placed on defective returns.  Therefore, we reserve the right to implement these revisions without notice.

• Bottled toner cannot be returned.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

• Software cannot be returned.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

• Electronic Components or Parts cannot be returned.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

• AMERICAN POWER CONVERSION (APC) – All defective APC products must be returned directly to APC.  Call (800) 800-4-APC. 

• CARTRIDGE-BASED SUPPLIES – TO obtain a RMA or Exchange on these products, provide a letter from the manufacturer or authorized service technician specifying the defect.  A print sample and letter must accompany the product. 

• Special Order or Discontinued Items cannot be returned.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS:  COPA DATA SUPPLIES and COMPUTER PARTS OF AMERICA INC. HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This disclaimer in no way affects the term of any manufacturer’s warranty. The title to purchased goods is retained by our company until goods are paid for by the purchaser. If goods are being purchased for export, purchaser is responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Manufacturer’s warranties for exported goods may vary or be null and void. Due to manufacturers’ restrictions, certain products may not be eligible for international shipment, and certain products may not be available.  Terms and Conditions subject to change without notice.
